Barbara D. Klein, Ph.D., Professor of Information Systems Management at the University of Michigan-Dearborn College of Business. She received her Ph.D. in Information and Decision Sciences from the University of Minnesota, her M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, and her B.A. from the University of Iowa.
Research
Dr. Klein has published in MIS Quarterly, Omega, Database, Information & Management,Information Resources Management Journal, and other journals. Her research interests include information quality, user error behavior, and information systems pedagogy. Professor Klein has also worked in the information systems field at IBM, Exxon, and AMP.
